Vehicle Scheduled Service Plans

Scheduled Service Plans give you peace of mind, allowing you to purchase scheduled services upfront (the number varies per vehicle) for full transparency of price and required maintenance. Purchasing these service plans also ensures that your vehicle is only serviced by factory-certified technicians, using approved genuine parts and the latest in diagnostic equipment.

Scheduled Service Plans vary with each service interval and brand, but the standard items in each Scheduled Service include:

  • Labour
  • Genuine parts
  • Approved lubricants
  • A full diagnostic inspection
  • Any applicable software updates (excludes navigation software updates)
  • Sundries, which include items such as oil and waste recycling and or removal, workshop supplies, etc

Benefits of a Scheduled Service Plan

Some brands allow for Scheduled Service Plans to be purchased at the time you purchase your new vehicle, so you won’t have to worry about paying for each service when it comes around. If you are financing your new vehicle, there are some options add the Service Plan to your finance and pay it off over the term of the finance agreement.

The Volkswagen Scheduled Service Plans allow you to pay for the whole plan upfront and lock in today’s pricing, while Nissan’s Capped Price Service caps the maximum price you’ll pay for the first six services according to your vehicle’s service schedule.

Your plan is valid nationwide at any approved Volkswagen Service Centre – flexible, professional, and convenient.

If you decide to sell your vehicle before your Volkswagen Scheduled Service Plan is up, it’s fully transferable to its new owner. Again, providing an enticing selling point to potential buyers.

Volkswagen Service Plans

Volkswagen Scheduled Service plans offer the ultimate peace of mind. All services will be performed by Volkswagen-certified technicians using approved genuine parts and the latest diagnostic equipment. Each service comes standard with a comprehensive 30-point safety inspection, a diagnostic and software check, and a wash. Even better, plans can be bundled into your finance/loan contract to make paying off your service as easy as paying off your car.

The service plans vary per vehicle – there’s also different options for passenger and commercial – but all have one thing in common – buying upfront means savings for years to come. You’ll purchased three to five years worth of scheduled servicing, all for a fixed price, and never have to worry about the cost rising.

Nissan Service Plans

Nissan Service Plans offer their “Nissan Capped Price Service”, which limits the price you’ll pay for a service. While you’re not able to buy a service plan upfront, we’ll always let you know what the cost of your service will be before you book in and call you with additional charges during the service. Each Nissan Scheduled Service replaces engine oil and oil filter, checks all fluids and tops up as required, plus performs a full safety check.

All Nissan services are performed by Nissan certified technicians, using genuine parts. All Nissan Genuine Parts come with a 12-month/20,000km warranty.
